Sending money to another Ortix user

In shortPayments between Ortix users are instant. Pick the person, confirm with your authenticator code, and the money's there. No IBANs, no account numbers, no waiting. Transfers currently run in USD.

This is the simplest payment on the platform. Tap Send, choose Send to in-app user, pick the person from your contacts, enter the amount, and confirm. The money moves instantly, and any fee is shown on the amount screen before you send. That's the whole story.

Between Ortix users there are no IBANs or account numbers to copy around. You always see exactly who's getting what before you confirm, and every payment is sealed with your two-factor code, so nothing leaves your account without you.

One current-state note: in-app transfers run in USD for now. More currencies are coming as the platform grows, and the app always shows you what's live.
