Sending an international payment

In shortInternational payments currently run in USD and usually land in 1 to 5 business days. You see the live exchange rate and the exact final amount before you confirm, and nothing moves without your two-factor code.

Sending money abroad, step by step:

  • Tap Send and choose Send to bank account. Pick the recipient's bank from the list, enter their account number (10 to 16 digits, numbers only), and the account holder's name.
  • Any conversion uses a currency that's available to you, and you see the live rate and the exact final amount on screen. Nothing is committed until you say so.
  • The amount screen shows your balance, any fee, and your daily limit, all before you send. Confirm with your two-factor code, and it's on its way.

Pick the door Tap Send, then choose Send to bank account.

The recipient

The recipient Their bank from the list, the account number (10 to 16 digits), and the account holder's name.

Check the numbers

Check the numbers Balance, amount, any fee, and your daily limit, all shown before you send.

International payments currently run in USD and usually arrive within 1 to 5 business days. Why the range? An international payment can pass through more than one bank on its journey, and each stop adds a little time. We say "usually" on purpose. It's an honest range, not a promise, and we'd rather be straight with you than sound impressive.

You can download a proof of payment for any transfer, and if the recipient's bank wants formal confirmation, ask us and we'll arrange it.
