Transfer limits
The numbers, straight up:

The daily limits cover both cash and crypto moving in and out of your account. So here's a tip that saves time: if a transaction won't go through, check your limits before suspecting a fault. It's the most common cause by far, and the easiest to spot. These platform numbers are the ceiling; your own account also has level-based limits you can see and raise in the app.
Want the ceiling itself higher? Two routes: upgrade to Ortix Plus, where higher spending limits come included, or purchase the higher-limits add-on on its own if the rest of Plus isn't for you. A short compliance assessment applies before new limits switch on, whichever route you take.
And the small number worth remembering alongside the big ones: accounts keep a minimum balance of 35 USD or the equivalent.
