Raising your account level
In shortYour level sets your wallet size, deposit and withdrawal limits. A short questionnaire in the app moves you up, and the app shows exactly how much of each limit is left.
Every account has a level, and the level sets the limits. The app shows both, and raising your level is something you do yourself.
What a level controls
| Limit | What it caps | Resets |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet size | The total you can hold | Does not reset; it is a ceiling |
| Monthly deposit | What can come in over a month | On the first of the month |
| Daily withdrawal | What can go out in a day | Every 24 hours |
| Monthly withdrawal | What can go out over a month | On the first of the month |
Cash and crypto have their own limits, shown on separate screens. Each screen shows the amount remaining and when it resets, so you never have to work it out.
Moving up
- Open your profile and choose Your level, or tap Unlock higher limits from any limits screen.
- Complete the short questionnaire. It asks about how you use the account, and takes a few minutes.
- Your level updates, and the limits screens update with it.
If a transaction will not go through, check your limits before suspecting anything else. Most of the time that is the whole answer.
For the daily send and receive limit that applies to everyone, see Transfer limits.
