Account levels and limits

In shortYour account has a level, and the level sets your personal limits: how much your wallet can hold, how much you can deposit each month, and how much crypto you can withdraw. Check yours under Profile, then Limits, and raise it by completing a short questionnaire.

Every account has a level, and you'll see yours right on your profile. Think of the level as the size of your account's engine: it sets your personal limits, like how much your wallet can hold in total, how much you can deposit each month, and how much crypto you can withdraw per day and per month.

Seeing your limits takes two taps: Profile, then Limits. The bars show exactly how much room you have left on each limit and when it resets, so there's never any mystery about where you stand. If a transaction won't go through, this screen is the first place to look.

Raising your level is self-service: tap Upgrade level and complete a short questionnaire. Upgrades are reviewed before they apply, and you'll be told the outcome. No forms to chase, no waiting on hold.

Higher limits also come with Ortix Plus, included with the plan, or as a standalone add-on if the limits are all you want. A short compliance assessment applies either way.

Your personal limits sit inside the platform-wide daily limits. Between the two, the rule of thumb is simple: the app always shows you your real, current numbers.
