Ortix for business

In shortA business account gives your company multi-currency balances, team access with real permission levels, and business payments, all in one place. Verification covers the company and its key people, and if ownership ever changes, tell us so we can re-verify.

A business on Ortix gets the same core advantage as a person: one account, multiple currencies, one card and payment setup, none of the legacy bank friction. On top of that, three things matter specifically for companies:

Your account details work across currencies. Your business uses one set of account details across its currency balances, so you're not juggling a different account number for every currency you hold.

Your team gets real roles. You invite team members and control exactly what each person can do. You control it through four permission levels.

Verification covers people, not just paperwork. The company verifies, and so do the applicant, directors, and anyone owning 25% or more. Everyone can verify in parallel. One practical note: after approval, business accounts can take a little longer than personal ones to fully activate. If yours is approved but not active yet, that short wait is normal.

And you can do it all in-app. From your profile, tap Add account and choose Organization: you enter the company name and country, then register the company's people as beneficiaries: an owner (UBO), a director, a shareholder, or a representative, with an ownership share from 1 to 100% where one applies. A sole owner is simply one UBO at 100%.

Registering the owners: add each beneficiary and their ownership share.
If your company's ownership or directors change later, tell us. A change like that means we re-verify the business and its new people. It takes longer than a profile edit, and that's true at every regulated platform, so plan for it rather than around it.
