Creating a company account

In shortSign up with your email, confirm it with a 6-digit code, then set up an authenticator app and a 6-digit passcode. Choose Organization, including if you are a sole trader.

The sign-up is the same few minutes as any Ortix account, with one choice that matters.

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code we email you. Resend appears after a 30-second countdown.
  3. Set up an authenticator app. This is what proves it is you from then on.
  4. Choose a 6-digit passcode for the app itself.
  5. When asked, choose Organization.
A sole trader chooses Organization too, even though that is one person. Individual accounts are for personal money; business activity belongs in an Organization account whatever the company’s shape.
