Getting your people onto Ortix

In shortInvite contractors by email. They verify once, sign your agreement, and get an account with the details you pay into. Existing Ortix users skip most of it.

Contractors join by invitation. You supply the email addresses and Ortix sends the invitations.

  1. Send us the email addresses, or invite people directly from your dashboard.
  2. Each person gets an invitation email and starts setting up their account.
  3. They verify their identity. Someone who already has an Ortix account signs in with the credentials they have and skips most of this.
  4. A new contractor signs your contractor agreement in the app.
  5. Ortix creates their account details, crypto wallet and card.
  6. They choose where they want payouts to go.
  7. They are added to your beneficiary list and are ready to be paid.
Invitations are separate from payments. You can invite people before any payout is due, which is worth doing: verification takes as long as it takes, and doing it in advance means the first payout is not the thing waiting on it.

You can view and download the full payment history for anyone you pay.

If a contractor asks why they have to verify at all, the answer is that it applies to any regulated payout anywhere, not just Ortix.
