Cash or crypto payouts
In shortThe contractor picks cash or crypto on every payout, not you. If your balance is in the wrong one, Ortix converts it automatically.
The choice belongs to the person being paid. On each payout they decide whether it lands as cash or as crypto, and it is a fresh decision every time.
That means you do not need to hold both. If a contractor asks for crypto and your balance is cash, or the other way round, the conversion runs automatically as part of the payout.

You still see one payout and one amount leaving your account. The conversion does not turn it into two transactions to reconcile.
