Which currencies can I hold?

In shortEveryone gets a USD account, no exceptions. What else you can hold depends on your country, and the app shows you your real list when you add a balance. If it's in your list, you can hold it. If it isn't, it's not in your region yet.

One thing is true for every single customer: you get a US dollar account. That's the baseline, everywhere.

Beyond that, it honestly depends on where you live, because currency availability follows the banking infrastructure that serves each region. So instead of promising you a universal list, the app just shows you yours: open it, add a balance, and the currencies you see are the currencies you can hold. Simple rule: in the list means yes, not in the list means not in your region yet.

Coverage keeps growing as we expand, so a currency missing today may well show up later. We'd rather show you the honest list than a wish list.

One plan note: your plan includes a number of additional currency accounts free, 2 on Standard and 5 on Plus. Past your allowance, adding another can carry a charge, and as always, anything due is shown before you confirm.
