Freezing your card and setting limits
In shortFreeze or unfreeze a card, set spending limits, manage your PIN, and control where the card can be used. All of it lives in the app, works instantly, and never needs a phone call.
Every card control is yours, in the app, at any hour:
- Freeze and unfreeze, instantly. Freezing stops all new payments on that card. Unfreezing brings it straight back.
- Spending limits, so a card can only spend up to whatever you decide.
- Payment controls, to manage where and how the card can be used.
- PIN management for your physical card.
A good habit: if something ever feels off about a card, freeze first, investigate second. Unfreezing takes one tap if it turns out to be nothing, and that tap costs you nothing.
One thing we don't offer: a card locked to a single shop or subscription. If you want to cap a subscription, the closest tool is a dedicated virtual card with a tight spending limit.
