What is the contractor agreement?

"Why am I signing a contractor agreement just to get paid?" Because the agreement isn't about Ortix at all. It's about your relationship with the business paying you. It is the business that pays you, not Ortix. Ortix carries the payment; the agreement is between you and the business you work with, and it simply puts that working arrangement in writing.

What it covers, in plain words: your payouts relate to your independent contractor arrangement with the business paying you. You choose how each reward is delivered, cash or crypto, when it arrives. Taxes on money you receive are yours to handle. And if a payout is ever issued in error, it can be corrected through the standard dispute process.

Accepting is one "I consent" tap in the app. No printing, no e-signature tools, no scanning. And the exact version you agreed to, with the time you agreed, is recorded, which protects you as much as anyone: there's never a question about which terms applied to you.
