Your data: privacy and deletion

In shortYour data is used to verify you, run your account, and meet our obligations as a regulated business, and it's shared only with regulated partners where the service requires it. It's never sold. You can request deletion any time; some records legally have to stay for a period, and we'll tell you exactly what applies.

How your data is used. Three jobs, and only these: verifying your identity, running your account, and meeting the obligations of a regulated money service. It's shared only with regulated partners where that's needed to actually provide the service, in line with our privacy policy. And it's never sold. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

Who we'll talk to about your account. You, and only you. We only ever discuss an account with its verified owner. Not a partner, not a parent, not a friend calling on your behalf, however well-meaning. If someone else needs involvement in your account, the conversation still starts with you, verified.

Requesting deletion. Message us and ask. The request goes to the team that actually carries deletions out, and we confirm when it's done. One honest caveat you'd get from any regulated platform: we're required to keep certain records for a set period even after a deletion request, so "delete everything this instant" isn't something anyone regulated can truthfully promise. What we do promise: we delete everything we're allowed to delete, and we tell you clearly what has to stay and for how long.
